Applicants can visit HOVPglobal Center with an online appointment at www.hovpglobal.com on any working day at during the specified submission timings. Applicants will be asked to take a token at the entrance and be seated in the waiting area (You can approach our Submission Counters when your token number is displayed). Our officers at the counter will collect your visa application form to check that the documents are complete and your photograph meets the required specifications. Your passport will be checked for validity empty pages and previous travel information. Your fees will be collected in accordance with the visa category you have chosen and the documents you submit will be checked in the manner in which they are required by the Embassy of Poland. You will be issued a receipt for the fees paid and given an acknowledgement for the submission of your passport.

You can simply visit www.hovpglobal.com and start your process by signing up or booking your appointment online for HOVPglobal’s Centre.

The Steps Include:
  • Know your visa type as mentioned in the website.
  • Select “book your appointment” and sign up as an individual or choose family if you’re applying for more people except you.
  • Fill up the form and submit required documents carefully.
  • Submit your application.
  • You will receive a confirmation email of your appointment with your tracking id.

You can simply click book my appointment on www.hovpglobal.com and after signing up, choose family option and select the number of your family. You will be directed to your form page as an Applicant # 1, fill out the form and attach the required documents and then click submit to proceed for Applicant # 2, Repeat the process for another member of your family. E.g. If you select 3 applicants/members, you have to fill the form three times.

Whether individual application or family, after submitting the form, you will receive an email with your Tracking Id. You can simply copy your Tracking Id and paste on the search bar on the home page of our website and you will get your application status.

Your application will be shown rejected if you search your application status by your tracking id, but, you can edit and update your wrong submissions from there.

You can pay the service fees at the HOVPglobal centre and we’re soon working for our customers to pay online at our website after booking your appointments. For now, we’re accepting cash payments at our centre.
