Please note that once you have booked an appointment or service with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment or service less than 24 hours after the payment is done it is scheduled to take place as refundable, otherwise you will be subject to a full payment charge of paid amount if cancellation after 24 hours.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at less than 24 hours prior to your proceed payment.
